This is not when a listing contact was cancelled or closed, but a withdrawal from the market while the contract between the seller and listing agent is still in effect and an offer has not been accepted. This is the date entered by the agent reflecting when the change occurred contractually, not a timestamp of when the change was made in the MLS.
