Definition

Indoor airPLUS from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is a voluntary partnership and labeling program covering construction practices and technologies that builders can follow to reduce indoor air pollutants and improve the indoor air quality in a new home beyond minimum code requirements. It is only available to homes that first meet ENERGY STAR Certified Homes certification.
